In the pre-design phase, we listen carefully to obtain your brief. We visit the site and assess conditions, offer lifestyle design advice, consider any regulatory requirements and review the project budget.
At the completion of the pre-design phase, you will be provided with a checklist of your major design components, a summary of project requirements and an accurate fee scale for our services specific to your project.

Because of the specialised nature of our work and the fact that every project is unique in its requirements; it is difficult to provide a fixed, standard fee schedule. Fees typically depend on the project size and complexity.
